When you install it on a new phone which is what I did with my new Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, it will automatically start on the basic part which is the tutorial part or the tutorial level.
You need to finish this level in order to access the hero icon on the left upper corner and from there you can then click some buttons in order for you to log in your bound accounts which are either your Google Account or your Facebook account.
This is the primary reason why I uninstalled it since it is time-consuming to go through this process again. They should have a way wherein previous game players will have an option to choose in logging in using their existing accounts.
They also have updated their system by installing an anti-bot system which detects bot players. Players need to verify a maximum of 5 game accounts. They have sent a System Update message in the game with a system date and time of 2018/08/20 08:58 which they normally do every time they did an update in their system.
Notice the 5 game accounts? Yup, this is also the other reason why sometimes I dislike playing this game anymore since it promotes unfair gameplay by allowing multiple accounts. I never need to worry about bot games since I do not use bots, I just don’t like the idea of having multiple accounts to gain an advantage in a game.
I have asked them before if there is a way to delete one account. Unfortunately, there is none. Unluckily for me, I was unable to make a screenshot of this question I have asked them last year since I am getting annoyed with logging in to another account. Their answer is to just not play with the created account which will automatically be booted, according to their support team.
Lag issues is another thing that will make you uninstall it because it lags in some parts wherein you need to go back to the previous menu or module. In research mode, one needs to check if the requirements are already met for certain skills to research but then when you click the back button or icon, the one with the back arrow on the left upper corner, it will take 4 to 16 seconds for the previous menu to appear. Believe me, because I timed it and it always happens for my two phones.
Another reason why I uninstalled it on my new phone is that it will take days and even weeks for the research and upgrade to be completed making this a money-making mobile game app since you need to purchase in order to grow rapidly and move forward.
IN the perspective of fellow IT persons, I can understand it because developers need to earn. So, I just have to find other ways which include waiting longer and waiting patiently for the research and upgrade to finish. Also, praying and hoping to get additional Speedup items to advance the time of upgrading the buildings and also these items helps in hastening the researching of skills.
Lastly, as with most mobile games, this drains the battery quickly aside from making the battery achieve a high-temperature warning. I am using this on the Huawei Y5 (2017) MYA-L02. This game is one of the most consuming software on my phone.
Aside from the Screen hardware which consumes almost 71% of the battery, this game will drain your battery level too much especially if you are always online. You cannot leave it open if you lock your phone since you have to connect again after opening it.
These are just some of the reasons why I uninstalled it on one of my phones. Nevertheless, this is still a good game to play.
